Our adult faith formation ministry must engage the particular needs and interests of the adults in each local community. To be faithful and effective it will offer, over time, a comprehensive and systematic presentation and exploration of the core elements of Catholic faith and practice—a complete initiation into a Catholic way of life. The Vocation Committee strives to promote and foster vocations to the priesthood, religious, and consecrated life through prayer, education, and support of those discerning, in formation, or living out their vocational call.
Together we seek to make St. Patrick Parish a place of lifelong faith formation, in a spirit of fun and fellowship. Formed in November , we meet monthly to discuss ideas for adult faith formation activities that will appeal to a wide range of parishioners. Adult Faith Formation Committee Members are concerned with the ongoing faith formation of every adult parishioner. Among other things they plan small and large group presentations, discussions, and retreats to develop faith in God and response to neighbor. Adult Faith Formation Committee. The Adult Faith Formation Committee is an advisory body which works with Pastoral Staff to shepherd this vision. To fulfill this mission, they come together throughout the year to review the needs of the community in concert with the direction of the Church.
